We Ship New Zealand Wide Only

This Shipping Policy outlines important information about the shipment of your orders, including our delivery schedules and order cut-off times.

  1. Order Fulfilment

All our Sea Moss Gel products are manufactured upon order. This ensures that you receive the freshest and highest-quality products. We do not maintain a stock of pre-made items, so please keep the following order cut-off times in mind when placing your order:

  • For Products to be Shipped on Monday: Orders should be placed by 5:00 p.m. (NZT) on Saturday.
  • For Products to be Shipped on Wednesday: Orders should be placed by 5:00 p.m. (NZT) on Tuesday.

Orders received after the respective cut-off times will be processed for the next available shipping day. We appreciate your understanding as we maintain this process to deliver the freshest products to you.

  1. Delivery Schedules

We offer two delivery schedules for your convenience:

  • Monday Delivery: Orders placed by the Saturday cut-off time will be shipped on Monday and delivered according to your chosen shipping method.
  • Wednesday Delivery: Orders placed by the Tuesday cut-off time will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered according to your chosen shipping method.
  1. Shipping Methods

We exclusively use NZ Post Shipping for delivering your orders. This trusted and reliable shipping service ensures the safe and timely delivery of your Sea Moss Gel products.

  1. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time will depend on your location. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping to throughout the New Zealand. If you are outside our shipping area, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To track the status of your order, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email or log in to your account on our website.
